The master bedroom has its own queen bed and bathroom; the second bedroom holds two twin beds and a bathroom of its own — genuinely separate rooms, not a bedroom and an afterthought. Most villas add a sleeper sofa in the living room for a fifth or sixth guest.
It's the floor plan the property built for family reunions and wedding parties, and it still works for exactly that: two generations, or two families, under one roof without living on top of each other. An upgraded version, with a larger modified bath, is also on offer — named for peaks like Black Mountain, Grandfather, and Sugar Mountain.
*One unit's second bedroom has a queen bed in place of the two twins.
